JobBench data deletion

Last updated 8 October 2026

Disconnect Meta

A JobBench business administrator can stop future Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads access by signing in, opening Settings, then Lead sources, then Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads, and selecting Disconnect Meta Lead Ads. This removes the encrypted Meta access token from JobBench.

Delete your account data

An account owner can delete their JobBench account by signing in, opening Settings and using Permanently close account. The confirmation and current password checks protect against accidental or unauthorised deletion.

Previously imported leads

Disconnecting Meta stops future collection but does not automatically remove leads, jobs or correspondence that a business already received. Account owners can close their account to delete their service data, subject to any retention required for security, legal claims, accounting or other lawful obligations. A person who submitted a lead should contact the business that received it to request access, correction or deletion.

Revoke access in Meta

You can also revoke JobBench from Facebook's Business Integrations settings. Revoking access prevents future API access, but you should still use the JobBench account-deletion process if you want previously stored service data removed.
